I met June and Bernie at an Open House. I advised them I was looking to sell my current condo.  They impressed me with their plan on how to sell my condo and how to get the best price. I listed my condo with June & Bernie and in a week, we were presented with an offer and accepted the same offer. I was delighted as suites the same as mine had been on the market for over a year for one, and approximately 4 months for another one. Not only did they sell my condo quickly, the price June & Bernie negotiated for me was dramatically higher than the previous suites the same as mine had sold for. 

Very quickly we had to change gears and start looking for a place for me to move to. I never imagined I would be looking so soon. I had not really narrowed down what I wanted to buy, a house with a basement apartment, a house or another condo and to make things worse, I had not decided where I wanted to live either.
